New project concept

Avabelle, autum: the harbinger of decline

A new project idea I'm trying to canon into? The concept is about five main protagonists; four are based on each season and the fifth person is just a special kind of mortal and the stories supposed to be about them fighting an evil sort of unknown season that is trying to separate the kingdom of the four seasons from the mortal realm..

Short back story:

Long ago in a distant magical realm, four mighty kingdoms fought for absolute dominion over each other. Forever clashing in the land of sorrow. Summer; a great nation with power over the light and Heat. Autum, a fierce host of warriors commanding the ability to begin any demise. Winter, the steely kingdom of frost and shadows and finally the grand house of Spring that had the amazing ability to bring forth legions of familiars from a river never ending.

But one day amongst the usual calamity, they accidently opened a powerful rift that linked to the mortal realms of men. A nomadic tribe of humans wandered across unknowingly and were met with a hostile battle. Surprisingly to the season kings, the mortals held strong and defeated an impossible amount of their troops before becoming subdued. Impressed with their feat, the kings acknowledged the strength of men.

Many years passed when a peace treaty was finally forged from the hard labor of the newcomers and the four kingdoms layed down their arms for what seemed like the first time in their recorded history. In the treaty, the kingdoms were allowed an entire season of the mortal world where they could possess the atmosphere to muster the earth's vitality and demonstrate their power.
